Grade 2 Mass & Class (Sacramental Prep) students explored the Ten Commandments and The Our Father (The Lord’s Prayer). Through real-life scenarios, they reflected on which Commandment applied to each situation and how God’s laws help guide our choices. Our Project Nazareth families focused on The Fall: Consequences of Sin and Wounded Nature. Together, they considered everyday examples—like yelling at a family member or expressing love to someone—and discussed the consequences of those actions, identifying which outcomes were good and which were not.
Our 8th Grade Confirmation Prep students learned about what we know about Jesus from history, the goodness of Jesus, His teachings, His divinity, and His death and resurrection. Small group discussions encouraged deep reflection with questions such as: · “If you were famous, what would you want to be known for?” · “How do you know if something is true?” · “Why do you think Jesus is so famous? What is Jesus most known for?” · “What stands out most to you about Jesus?”
