We are very please to announce that Saint Matthew Parish has met the assesment for the 2023 Catholic Appeal. We remainOne of the most meaningful ways that we witness the presence of Christ and deepen the impact of our Church’s ministries is by supporting the Catholic Appeal.

The Catholic Appeal provides funding for the Central Ministries of the Archdiocese, supporting parisdhes and churches throughout the Archdioicese, including here in Billerica. On the local level here at St. Matthew the Evangelist, the Catholic Appeal funds ministries that benefit our parish community.

Eamaples of these ministries include Life Long Faith Formation, the Respect Life Program, Youth and Young Adult Ministry, Property Management (assesments on buildings is just one example), Clergy Personnel & Support, Connect Now (our Parish dadtabase). Human Resources, Parish Financial Services (a finance team to support the Finance team at the local level) to name just a few.
